Shipping policy
- processing time — orders are processed within 1-4 business days
- shipping methods & timeframes — standard 5-8 business days, express 2-3 business days
- shipping costs — shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
- Geographic coverage — we currently only ship to cities in canada and the united states of america
- delays & exceptions — delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. we are not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, customs processing, severe weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. during peak periods (such as the holiday season), please allow additional time for delivery. if your order has not arrived within 7 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
- lost or damaged packages — if your order arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us at artshtuffbyhannahsandler@gmail.com within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. include your order number and photos of any damage. we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate. please note that once an order has been handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by the carrier.
